AI transformation
Many times faster, not a few percent.
Timesoft brings broad experience in digital transformation to your business. We learn how it runs, find where it can improve, and use AI to build and automate the solution. You watch it grow and steer it at every stage.

The idea
The expensive part was never the code.
IT projects rarely run late because programmers type slowly. They run late because what the business needs gets lost on its way to the people who build it. Meetings, documents and rework fill the gap.
AI has changed the price of building. A working system no longer needs a large team writing it line by line. It needs someone who knows exactly what to ask for.
That is the job we do. Our background is digital transformation, so we know how to read a business: how its processes really run, where the gaps are, and what is worth improving. We spend our time on that, and let AI spend its time on the code.
So you are not hiring developers from us. You bring a problem, and we solve it.
When building gets cheap, understanding is what is left to pay for.
Approach
Three things, in this order.
-
Understand the business
We sit with the people who do the work. How orders come in, where they wait, who approves what, which spreadsheet holds it all together. We map the process as it runs, not as the org chart says it runs, and mark the gaps and the places it could improve.
-
Define the requirements
We turn that picture into requirements precise enough to build from. Where words would be ambiguous, we show a working draft of the screen or the flow, so you correct something you can see.
-
Build it with AI
The people who gathered the requirements direct AI to build the system and automate the process. Nothing is handed to a separate team, so nothing is lost in a handover. The solution grows in front of you: at every stage you see working software and steer where it goes next.
Comparison
What changes when building stops being the bottleneck.
| Classic development | Timesoft | |
|---|---|---|
| What you are buying | A team of developers, for as long as it takes. | A solved problem. We do not hire out developers. |
| Who does the work | Analysts, architects, developers, testers and a project manager. | A small team that understands your business, with AI doing the building. |
| Where the money goes | Developer hours. | Understanding the business and getting the requirements right. |
| How requirements are captured | A long document, signed before anyone has seen software. | Short written requirements, backed by working drafts you can try. |
| What you see along the way | Status reports, then software late in the project. | Working software from early on, growing stage by stage as you steer. |
| When something changes | A change request, a new estimate, a delay. | We adjust the requirement and rebuild that part. |
| Overall timeline | The baseline. | Many times shorter, not a few percent. |
Typical work
Systems that fit how you already work.
- Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet everyone depends on
- Automation for a process that currently lives in email
- Integrations between systems that do not talk to each other
- Reporting that pulls numbers from several places into one view
- Portals for customers, suppliers or partners
- A first version of something new, built to find out if it is worth more
Questions
What people ask first.
Can software built with AI be trusted?
AI writes the code. People decide what it should do and check that it does it. Every system is tested against the requirements you agreed to before it goes live, the same as any other software.
Who owns the system and the code?
You do. The system, its code and its data are yours.
Our processes are complicated. Does this still work?
Complicated processes are where the approach pays off most, because that is where the most gets lost in translation. We take them one at a time, starting with the one that hurts.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. You need people who know how the business runs and can spare time to talk to us. If you have an IT team, we work alongside it.
What does it cost?
You pay for understanding and delivery, not for months of a development team's hours. We quote after the first conversation, once the scope is clear.
